New Features in Acculogic’s Integrator Software

A few days ago, we released version 5.4 of our Integrator software, which is the operating system for Acculogic’s Flying Probe FLS series. Below is a list of the major new features of this release: 1. New Power-up box design, better integration of different power sources.

2. New “Precision Relay Test Template” and new “Relay Timing Template” for more complete functional testing of relays. These two templates are meant to verify the relays functional performance in two areas: 1) delayed contact closure; and 2) Closed Contact resistance.

3. Improvement of no-fly zone (NFZ) operation. This operation will now be used during initial Fiducial Setup and during execution of Board Find. Also, the shuttles will not move back to home positions when orbiting around no fly zones, rather they will move to “ready positions” just outside the board area. The benefit of this feature is a large reduction of test times on UUTs with NFZs.
4. Accurate probe tip model – this will help prevent damaging probe tips against parts, and will also eliminate the occasional crossed tips at landing positions.
5. Improvement of probe module calibration speed.
6. PBA2 Import can now generate tests and populate 4 type of Voltage Template using the VOLT class in XMatic. This VOLT class is also new in XMatic and you will require the Scorpion2.exe to be up to date. By using the VOLT class in XMatic users can easily generate OpAmp, Buffer, Driver and other simple device tests and automatically have them generated and placed in the test sequence. 8, 16 and 32 bit buffers can be created using the CLUSTER class and defining multiple VOLT Class sub-steps. This can also be used for more accurately setting up steps for devices such as TRANSORBs.
